A scientific research for teaching about the Department of Strategy in the College of Political Science at Al-Nahrain University, Assistant Lecturer Balsam Saad Abdel Sattar, was published in issue (37) of the Tikrit Journal of Political Science and was titled (The Russian strategy towards Ukraine and its impact on Europe). The research aimed to study the impact of the Russian-Ukrainian crisis on security.
