A lecturer at the Faculty of Political Science at Al-Nahrain University, Dr. Mustafa Sadiq Awad, in cooperation with Dr. Maryam Muhammad Hussein, published a joint scientific research entitled “Cybersecurity and Socialization” in the Iraqi Journal of Political Science.
Cybersecurity has a significant impact on socialization, and this effect may be positive or negative, so here comes the role of the family.And official and informal institutions to raise awareness and educate about the dangers of incorrect use of technology and smart devices connected to the Internet and to benefit from this technology in a correct and safe manner. If the matter is left without educational processes, the results will be disastrous. Hacking into smart devices and personal websites and the subsequent consequences and blackmail is one of the major problems. facing societies today
