A delegation from the Faculty of Political Sciences at Al-Nahrain University visited the Military Information Directorate of the Popular Mobilization Forces on Sunday, 11/17/2024, headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Salman Ali Hussein. The delegation included Assistant Professor Dr. Issam Asaad.The teacher, Dr. Shatha Reda, the assistant teacher, Marwa Ziyad, and a number of students from the Department of International Politics in the graduate and preliminary studies. The visiting delegation met with the Director of Information at the Popular Mobilization Authority, Mr. Muhannad Al-Aqabi, who spoke about the work of the Directorate of Information and its various departments. The delegation visited the Pioneers MuseumThe Directorate’s Pioneer Museum, which includes photographic documentation of the heroism of the leaders of the Popular Mobilization Forces and the belongings of the martyrs of the military media. The delegation also watched the film Maryam, which documents the heroism of the Popular Mobilization Forces and members of the military media and their heroic and courageous role in achieving victory over the terrorist ISIS gangs and liberating Iraqi lands.
