A lecturer at the College of Political Science at Al-Nahrain University, Assistant Lecturer Saba Rashid Jubeir, published a scientific research entitled “The Strategic Importance of the Horn of Africa in Turkish Perception Since 2002.”
The research analyzed the Turkish strategy towards the Horn of Africa in light of the regional and international political and economic transformations since 2002.
The research was published in Issue 12 of the Journal of the Iraqi Association for Political Science, highlighting Türkiye's growing role in the region
