Professor Dr. Shaima Adel Fadel, a lecturer at the College of Political Science at Al-Nahrain University, participated in the committee discussing the doctoral thesis submitted by student Talal Muzaffar Ghazi, which was entitled “Competition and conflict between regional powers in the Middle East and their impact on the regional balance after 2011.”
