Within the framework of activating the mechanisms of scientific sobriety and supporting the bonds of academic cooperation with reputable Arab and foreign universities, I witnessed the discussion of a doctoral student in the field of strategy at the Faculty of Political Science at Al-Nahrain University (Issam Sarhan Atheeb) about his thesis entitled (The Water Crisis in the National Security Strategy for Downstream Countries: A Comparative Study between... Egypt and Iraq as a model) The participation of Professor Dr. Hani Abdel Karim Makazi from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan as a professor of discussion, in addition to an elite group of our best scientific cadres in the college, in a step that reflects the college’s direction to raise the level of scientific sobriety and deepen the external ties of cooperation of our dear college with the best Arab and foreign universities. .
