A full year since Professor Dr. Osama Mortada Baqir Al-Saeedi assumed the deanship of the College of Political Science at Al-Nahrain University, during which the Deanship of the College worked on:
1- Rehabilitation and development of infrastructure 
2- Integrating new teaching staff into the scientific and administrative departments 
3- Archiving examination records electronically 
4- Rehabilitation of the college library and coding of university buildings
5- Restructuring and developing the curriculum 
 6- It held a scientific conference, which was one of the most important scientific conferences held by Iraqi universities, and which was sponsored by His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, who attended and praised it.
7- Issuing the guide for the College of Political Science at Al-Nahrain University 
Our message to our students in this new year: 
A year of rebuilding and development, and a new year in which we will seek to highlight the college’s distinctive identity and raise the scientific level of the university’s outputs while continuing to urbanize and develop in the service of future generations of political science students.
In conclusion, these efforts are not individual, but rather the result of the combined efforts of the administrative team 
From the assistants and heads of departments and committees from the employees in maintenance, services, agricultural, and supporting the support of the university’s departments from the university presidency and the assistants.
