Prof. Dr. Israa Alaa Al-Din Nouri, a lecturer in the Department of Political Systems and Public Policies at the College of Political Science at Al-Nahrain University, published a research entitled ((The Reality of Women’s Participation in Party Life: Between Quota Representation and Effective Empowerment)) in the thirteenth issue of the Journal of Women’s Studies, which is issued by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers \/ National Department for Iraqi Women.The idea of the research included the position of women within political parties and their role in party life and political decision-making, with a focus on the extent of women’s transition from mere membership and organizational participation to leadership and influence positions in drawing party programs and policies. It also examines the most prominent obstacles that limit the effective participation of women, whether political, social, economic, or organizational.Women have their own entity as an effective element in society like men, and this makes them engage in any social, political, and civil work, and the issue of their entry into the political, social, and economic field and their self-independence is closely linked to political authority.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
