Dr. Dania M. Abdul Hamid, a lecturer at the College of Political Science, Al-Nahrain University, published a research paper titled “Legal Treatment of Selling Non-Owner’s Property” in the Journal of Legal Message, issued by Karbala University \ud83d\udcda.The study examined the legal protection of the buyer, the concept and basis of civil protection for non-owner buyers, and the functional roles of such buyers. It discussed the theory of apparent ownership and its elements, evaluating its role in protecting non-owner buyers, and the buyer’s right to recourse against the seller for warranty and eviction claims.The study concluded with key findings and recommendations, highlighting that protecting good-faith buyers is an exception to the general rule in civil laws<\/p>\n\n\n\n
