Under the auspices of the Dean of the College of Political Sciences at Al-Nahrain University, Professor Dr. Osama Murtadha Baqir Al-Saadi, the Women’s Affairs Unit at the college organized a scientific lecture titled “Border Ports and Digital Transformation: Towards Enhancing the Iraqi Economy.” The lecture featured Dr. Omar Adnan Al-Waeli, Head of the Border Ports Authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The lecture, moderated by Assistant Professor Dr. Sura Mowafaq Jaafar, highlighted the importance of digital transformation in developing border port management, combating corruption, enhancing transparency, and increasing public revenue. The session was attended by faculty members and undergraduate and graduate students, who engaged in discussions on mechanisms for integrating academic and executive institutions to serve the national economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
