The research was presented at the First Ramah International Conference for Social Sciences and Humanities, organized by the Quranic University and the Center for Research and Development of Human Resources in Jordan, held in Amman, Jordan, on October 12-13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The research aims to study the role of human capital development in promoting the digital economy, focusing on Singapore as a successful case study.
