Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Political Science at Al-Nahrain University, Prof. Dr. Osama Murtadha Baqir Al-Saidi, the Research Unit organized a scientific symposium entitled “The Role of Cyber Security in Protecting Against Electronic Blackmail” at the Ambassadors Hall in the college.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The symposium presented scientific papers discussing the importance of cyber security and its role in protecting against electronic blackmail and methods of protecting information from hacking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Assistant Professor Hind Ahmed presented a paper titled “Challenges of Cyber Security”, Assistant Professor Mufaz Ibrahim presented a paper titled “Cyber Security and its Role in Confronting Electronic Blackmail”, and Assistant Professor Abbas Muslih presented a paper titled “Cyber Security: Concept, Origin, and its Role in Reducing Cyber Crimes”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
