They constituted an important concern in the perspective of the American decision-maker to draw linesEssential information that can be used to predict the course and developments of the overall American strategy. The United States has realized that the power it possesses will not necessarily lead to absolute continuation of global hegemony, due to the rise of China, the Russian-Ukrainian war, the raging conflict in the Middle East, the growing role of Iran, and the nuclear threat to North KoreaThe impact of extremist movements and climate issues.
