Assistant Professor Dr. Bassem Waheed Jouni, member and supervisor <br>The letter addressed the water crisis that Iraq is suffering from, its most important causes, the influence of neighboring countries in exacerbating the crisis, and the efforts and solutions followed by the Iraqi government to alleviate its severity.
